Draft survey

Our company performs draft surveys in all ports of Russia. The experienced surveyors provide high accuracy of measuring and calculations. It guarantees correct result and protection of the Client interest. We are friendly with all terminals and cargoes, which are loaded/discharged in bulk in Russia. Totally about 15 draft surveyors employed in Smart Survey in Russia. That's why we able to perform services in St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Novorossiysk, Murmansk, Vladivostok, Nakhodka. Also inland (river ports) are available: Petrozavodsk, Cherepovets, Nizhniy Novgorod, Kazan', Ulyanovsk, Samara, Volgograd, Astrahan'.

Accuracy of measuring is provided not only by special equipment. Our surveyors are experienced seafarers who know ship construction. Thereby we able to forecast all circumstances of this kind of inspection and avoid accuracy reduction.

Our mean prices (2015) depend of ship position and start from:
Initial+Final DS for ships with deadweight 4000 mt and less - 260 EUR (285 USD)
Initial+Final DS for ships with deadweight from 4000 to 10000 mt - 340 EUR (375 USD)
Initial+Final DS for ships with deadweight 10000 mt and more - 420 EUR (460 USD)
Intermediate DS - 130 EUR (140 USD)
Loading/discharging supervision + sampling - 110 EUR per 12 hrs.
Laboratory analysis - on a request. Mean time of analyses result is 3-5 days.
