On-hire Bunker + Condition survey

Weekly we perform on-hire condition (+ bunker) surveys. It is known that Russia supply the world with a lot of bulk cargoes. A considerable part of bulk carriers are trumps. That's why our clients regularly order us to perform condition + bunker survey before loading. Mostly this service is demand for ships loaded with fertilizer and grain.
We well know that bunker quantity onboard at delivery point is important figure for charterers. Therefore each time we checking the obtained bunker survey result with delivery notice. Fuel consumption is checked also. The result of survey is reported to clients immediately.
While on-hire inspection we check the following parts of a ship:
- cargo holds (tanktop, bilges, framing, ladders, manholes)
- hatches (hatch coaming, compressing bars, hatch covers, rubber seals, hatch gear, ventilation ducts)
- hull plating
- deck
- mooring devices
- cranes (brief inspection from deck)
All inspected objects are photographed even if found condition is good.
